5. Service Levels & Support

Where Dragonfly IT provides managed services under a signed agreement, response times, support hours, and escalation procedures are governed by the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA). General enquiries submitted via this website do not constitute a support request and are not subject to SLA response times unless otherwise agreed.
